Mold can grow on the shingles of your roof and look white, green or black in color.  If let go it can grow and root your shingles or even be a sign that water damage is underway.

Look for missing or damaged shingles in a single area of your roof these can be repaired to avoid leaks.Strong winds and time can cause damage to your shingles.
