We have been using the porch and enjoying the fence for just over a month now, and the quality of the space is fantastic. What stood out most during the entire process was the excellent communication from Jenny and Chuck. We actually experienced a project delay while waiting for our HOA to approve the plans, but the team stayed completely on top of communication and kept everything organized the entire time. Furthermore, they were incredibly proactive about quality control. If there was ever a minor detail we were unpleased with, they noticed it and corrected it immediately before we even had to ask. The equipment was placed on the property 30 minutes after they started working to remove the older porch/deck that was in place. It was completed in 2 days with no issues. What a difference it makes to the appearance of my home both inside and out.. They were so professional. Kept my yard clean of debris as windows were opened.. They worked so good as a team.
